Freight Services from Someone Who Knows What Late Costs

Freight services built around your deadline

KLogics founder Kenneth Holland spent eight years delivering urgent aircraft parts on the ground, and he still works as an on-board courier, carrying parts by hand on whatever flight will get them there first. He knows that every hour a grounded plane sits idle costs the airline thousands of dollars.

KLogics Transport brings that same urgency to ground freight. We're a licensed freight broker, so we don't own trucks. We match your shipment with a vetted carrier, stay on it from pickup to delivery, and answer the phone when you call.

Whether it's a single pallet that needs to reach Phoenix as fast as possible or a multi-load project crossing the country, we treat your deadline like it's ours.

KLogics Transport, a DBA of KPSS Holdings LLC, is a licensed freight broker. USDOT 5369962 / MC 70770076.

What We Arrange

Freight Services We Arrange

Expedited and Time-Critical Freight

When a late shipment means an idle line or a missed contract, we treat it as an emergency. We secure the fastest available carrier and keep you updated until it's delivered.

Hot Shot and Sprinter Van Freight

Smaller urgent loads don't have to wait for a full truck. A sprinter van or hot shot can often run Southern California to Phoenix the same day.

Full Truckload

Your freight gets the whole trailer, with one pickup, one delivery, and no stops for anyone else's freight along the way.

LTL (Less Than Truckload)

For shipments that don't fill a trailer, LTL means you only pay for the space you use. It works well for regular pallet shipments when the timing has some room.

Flatbed and Open Deck

For fabrications, machinery and oversized pieces that won't fit in an enclosed trailer. We find a carrier with the right equipment and securement for the load.

Multi-Pallet and Project Freight

Large orders, staged deliveries and shipments that have to arrive in a set order. We handle the scheduling so your project stays on time.

Who We Work With

Built for Shops That Make Things

Most of our shippers make things. Machine shops, metal fabricators and manufacturers across the Southwest call us when a part, fixture or material order can't be late.

When your customer's line is waiting on your parts, or your own machines are waiting on inbound material, a slow pickup puts the job at risk. We know which freight can wait a day and which can't, and we plan around it.

We also arrange freight for industrial equipment suppliers, MRO parts distributors and shippers in other industries, including energy and utility equipment, who need their freight to show up on time. If it's on a pallet and the deadline matters, give us a call.

Machine Shops and CNC Job Shops

Finished parts, assemblies and fixtures headed to customers who are waiting on them.

Metal Fabricators

Weldments, frames and oversized fabrications, including loads that need a flatbed.

Industrial Equipment and MRO Suppliers

Replacement parts and equipment for facilities that can't afford downtime.

Where We Move Freight

Home Lane on the I-10 Corridor

Our home lane is the I-10 corridor between Southern California and Arizona. That covers Los Angeles, the Inland Empire and San Diego on one end, and Phoenix and Tucson on the other.

On this route, ground freight is often the fastest option. A sprinter van or straight truck can often run Southern California to Phoenix in a single day, door to door, without airport handoffs, cutoff times or air freight pricing.

Outside the Southwest, we arrange freight nationwide through our network of vetted carriers. You get the same attention and the same phone number.

How It Works

Four steps from call to delivery

01

Tell us what's moving

Call us or send a quote request with the pickup and delivery locations, pallet count, weight and your deadline. If it's urgent, call, and you'll talk to a person right away.

02

We secure the right carrier

We match your load with a vetted carrier that has the right equipment for it, whether that's a sprinter van, straight truck, dry van or flatbed. You get a clear quote before anything is booked.

03

We stay on it

We track your freight from pickup to delivery and keep you updated along the way. If something goes wrong on the road, you'll hear it from us first, along with a plan to fix it.

04

Delivered and confirmed

Once your freight arrives, we confirm the delivery and send proof of delivery. You get one invoice from one company.

Why KLogics

Why Shippers Call KLogics

Kenneth spent eight years delivering urgent aircraft parts on the ground, and he still works as an on-board courier. When an airline has a plane stuck on the ground waiting for a part, he's the one on the next flight with it in hand. Every hour matters, and "we'll look into it" is never an answer.

That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every load.

A real person answers the phone

No phone trees and no ticket numbers. When your freight is urgent, you talk to someone who can act on it.

We plan for what can go wrong

Weather, breakdowns and missed pickups happen. We watch for them and keep a backup option ready, so a problem doesn't turn into a missed deadline.

Straight answers

If a deadline can't be met, we'll tell you up front and lay out your options. You won't find out at 4 p.m. that your freight never left.

Carriers vetted before they touch your freight

Before a carrier moves your freight, we check that it has active operating authority and the right insurance for the load. If a carrier doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't get the job.

FAQ

Freight Services FAQ

What does a freight broker do?

A freight broker connects shippers with carriers. We find a qualified carrier for your load, negotiate the rate, book the pickup and track the shipment until it's delivered. You deal with one contact instead of searching for trucks yourself.

Do you own the trucks?

No. KLogics Transport is a licensed freight broker, so we don't own or operate trucks. We secure vetted carriers with the right equipment for each load, which gives us more options than any single trucking company has.

How fast can I get a quote?

Most quotes go out within an hour during business hours, and urgent requests get priority. If your freight can't wait, call us directly and we'll work it on the spot.

What's the difference between LTL and full truckload?

LTL (less than truckload) means your freight shares a trailer with other shipments, and you pay for the space you use. Full truckload means your freight gets the whole trailer and goes straight from pickup to delivery. LTL usually costs less, and full truckload is usually faster with less handling.

Can you move freight the same day?

Often, yes. On the I-10 corridor between Southern California and Phoenix or Tucson, a sprinter van or straight truck can frequently pick up and deliver the same day. Call us as early as possible so we can check carrier availability.

Is my freight insured?

Yes. Every carrier we book has to carry active cargo insurance, and we confirm their coverage before your freight is picked up. If your shipment is high value, let us know when you request a quote so we can match it with a carrier whose coverage fits the load.

What freight don't you handle?

We don't arrange shipments of consumer electronics, copper or other high-theft goods. If you're not sure about your freight, give us a call.

Do you only ship in the Southwest?

No. The SoCal to Arizona corridor is our home lane, but we arrange freight nationwide.
