These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of klogicstransport.com (the “site”). The site is run by KPSS Holdings LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as KLogics Transport. In these Terms, “KLogics Transport,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean KPSS Holdings LLC doing business as KLogics Transport.
By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who we are
KLogics Transport is a freight broker. We arrange the transportation of freight using independent motor carriers. We do not own or operate trucks, and we are not a motor carrier.
These Terms and your shipments
These Terms cover your use of the site. Each shipment we arrange is governed by the documents for that shipment, such as the rate confirmation, the bill of lading and any shipper agreement you sign with us. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the shipment documents control for that shipment.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful business purposes. When you use it, you agree not to:
- break any law or regulation
- give us false or misleading information, including in a quote request
- try to hack, disrupt or overload the site, or get into areas you are not allowed to access
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content or information from the site
- copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission
- pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection to a company
We may limit or block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.
Quotes and site information
Information on the site is general and may change without notice. We try to keep it accurate, but we don’t promise it is complete or current.
Quotes are estimates based on the details you give us. A quote is not binding until we confirm it in writing, usually with a rate confirmation. The final price can change if the shipment turns out to be different from what was described, for example in weight, size, pickup or delivery locations, timing, wait time or extra services.
Transit times
Pickup and delivery times we give are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, traffic, road closures, equipment problems and other things outside our control can cause delays. We will keep you updated if something changes, but we are not responsible for delays the carrier or outside events cause, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Loss and damage to freight
The motor carrier that moves your shipment is responsible for loss of or damage to the freight while it is in the carrier’s possession, under federal law (49 U.S.C. § 14706). As a broker, we are not liable for loss of or damage to freight, except where the law requires it or we agree to it in writing.
If something goes wrong, we will help you file a claim with the carrier and follow up on it. For high-value parts, we recommend making sure your shipment is covered by insurance that fits its value.
Your information

Our email list
If you join our email list, we will send you emails about KLogics Transport. Our list runs on Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
Our content
The text, graphics, logos and other content on the site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. The KLogics Transport name and logo are ours. You may not use them without our written permission.
Links to other websites
The site may link to websites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises of any kind about the site, including that it will always be available, error-free or free of viruses.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages that come from your use of the site. This includes lost profits, lost business and the cost of downtime.
For any claim related to your use of the site, our total liability to you is limited to $100. This section applies to the site only. Our responsibility for a shipment is set by the documents for that shipment and by applicable law.
Your responsibility
If you break these Terms or misuse the site, you agree to cover any losses, costs and legal fees we have because of it.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and by federal law where it applies. Any dispute about these Terms or the site will be handled only in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
Other details
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later. These Terms are the full agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
