KLogics Transport is a DBA of KPSS Holdings LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. In this policy, “KLogics Transport,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean KPSS Holdings LLC doing business as KLogics Transport.

Information you give us
When you fill out a form on our site, email us or call us, we collect what you choose to share. That usually includes:
- your name, company name, email address and phone number
- the message you send us
- shipment details, such as pickup and delivery addresses, contact names and phone numbers at each end, part descriptions, weights, dimensions and timing
When you join our email list, we collect your email address and anything else the sign-up form asks for.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site and hosting provider automatically log some technical information when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the time of your visit and the site that sent you to us. Some of this is collected through cookies, which are covered below.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- answer your questions and send you quotes
- arrange, track and deliver shipments, and keep you updated along the way
- send you emails about KLogics Transport if you signed up for our list
- keep our website running, secure and working properly

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We share information only when we need to:
- carriers and drivers. To move your freight, we give the carrier or driver handling it the shipment details they need, such as addresses, contact names, phone numbers and part information.
- service providers. We use outside companies to run our business, including our website host and our email service (Klaviyo). They can use your information only to provide their service to us.
- legal reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
- business changes. If KPSS Holdings LLC is sold or merged, or transfers the KLogics Transport business, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. This policy would still apply to it.
Our email list
Our email list runs on Klaviyo. When you sign up, your email address and sign-up details are stored with Klaviyo. Klaviyo also tells us whether our emails were opened and which links were clicked, which helps us send emails people find useful.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing privacy@klogicstransport.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop messages about a shipment you have booked with us.

Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores when you visit a website. Our site uses cookies that it needs to work, and our email sign-up form may set cookies through Klaviyo.
We use Independent Analytics to see how people use our site, such as which pages are visited, how visitors found us and what kind of device they used. It does not use cookies, and the data is stored on our own website server instead of being sent to an outside analytics company.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
How long we keep your information
We keep information only as long as we need it. Shipment records are kept for as long as we need them for business, tax, insurance and legal purposes. Email list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Messages sent through our forms are kept for as long as they are useful for answering you and keeping a record of our work together.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections on our site and limiting access to the people and services that need it. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or business records
- stop sending you marketing emails
To make a request, email privacy@klogicstransport.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under your state’s privacy laws, and we will honor them where they apply.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
